1. Donations

All donations made to International Human Rights Development Foundation are voluntary and are used to support our charitable programs, awareness campaigns, community welfare initiatives, educational activities, healthcare projects, environmental protection, and administrative operations.

As donations are utilized to further our charitable objectives, donations are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally.
• Incorrect payment amount due to a technical error.
• Unauthorized transaction verified by the payment provider.
• Payment processed multiple times for the same transaction.
• Technical failure resulting in an unsuccessful service while the amount was deducted.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Foundation.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of payment.

Your request should include:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Transaction ID
• Payment Date
• Payment Amount
• Payment Method
• Reason for the refund request
• Supporting documents or screenshots, if applicable

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
• Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
• Actual credit timelines depend upon your bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.

5. Membership Fees

Membership registration fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted and processed.

However, refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was made more than once by mistake.
• A technical error resulted in duplicate transactions.
• The Foundation is unable to process the application due to its own system error.

6. Event Registrations

Registration fees for seminars, workshops, conferences, training programs, and awareness events are generally non-refundable.

If an event is cancelled by the Foundation, participants may receive:

• A full refund, or
• Transfer of registration to another scheduled event, at the Foundation's discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel future registrations or applications before they are processed by contacting us.

Cancellation of a registration does not automatically qualify for a refund unless it meets the refund eligibility criteria mentioned above.

8. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment has been deducted but confirmation has not been received:

• Please wait up to 48 hours for payment confirmation.
• If the issue persists, contact us with your transaction details.
• In many cases, failed transactions are automatically reversed by the bank or payment gateway.

9. Fraudulent Transactions

The Foundation reserves the right to refuse refunds where fraudulent activity, misuse, false claims, or violation of applicable laws is suspected.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on this website shall be applicable.
